  • If the software does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • If there was an incorrect charge or a duplicate payment.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the software is not compatible with your device or operating system.
  • If the issue results from user error or incorrect software usage.

2. How to Request a Refund

We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving it.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time depends on your payment service provider.

4. Chargebacks and Refunds

If you initiate a chargeback (a payment dispute through your bank or payment provider), your license will be permanently deactivated. This also applies in cases where a refund has been approved by our team—once refunded, the software cannot be used or activated.
